Guidelines for winning:

1. Put some thought into your entry. I'll request more info if you send me, "I'd spend it on orphans in Africa.", I'll ask for you to tell me which orphans and how many orphans could be supported. Entries will be judged on the thought put into them.

2. I'm trying to help people get their heads around how much $500 Billion can buy. Do some math and figure out financially how much your idea would cost. Entries that help quantify concretely how much $500 billion can buy are more likely to win.

3. I'm trying to advance the debate whether $500 billion to invade Iraq was a good idea. Perhaps history will show that it was, however it will serve the public debate for people to think about what opportunities have been lost. What else could have this money done and was the Iraq war a better way to spend this money or not.

4. Include your name and where your from. Entries with names and locations are more likely to win.
