Option #3: Twinkies for Everyone.
Submitted by Jim Smith, Smithville, USA
Buy 5574 twinkies for each american. That's 15.7 twinkies a day
for a whole year. Each American could consumer 5730.5 twinkies,
but infortunately would consume an additional 830,000 calories.
At 3500 calories per pound, each person would be 237 pounds bigger
at the end of the year. While it is not physically possible to
eat 15.7 twinkies a day, for $500 billion each american could
eat a twinkie a day for 15.7 years. This would be physically possible,
however not recommended. As a once a week treat, each american
could have a twinkie a week for almost 110 years and would have
to pass on their "twinkie legacy" to at least one generation
after them.
"A Twinkie is a "Golden Sponge Cake with Creamy Filling"
created by Hostess, and baked by Continental Baking Co., which
is owned by Kansas City-based Interstate Bakeries Corporation.
Twinkies are oblong in shape, approximately 4" x 1"
(10 cm x 2.5 cm), and usually sold in packages of two. In the
U.S., the Twinkie is commonly regarded as the quintessential junk
food. Each Twinkie contains about 145 kilocalories (607 kilojoules).
Five hundred million are produced each year."
Info Source: 10 pack of twinkies is 2.99 US and with 300 million
